We respond to all messages, though response time varies. For pricing corrections, you'll typically see the data updated on the site faster than you receive a personal reply — we prioritize fixing the data over email back-and-forth.
What to send
Pricing corrections: Include the tool name, the incorrect figure you see on the site, the correct figure, a link to the vendor's pricing page confirming the correct number, and the date you checked. That's everything we need to update the data immediately.
Coverage requests: If you'd like us to track a specific AI API that isn't currently listed, send the vendor name, the product category (LLM, image, video, voice, or other), and a link to their pricing page. We evaluate coverage requests based on how commonly the tool comes up in developer decisions.
General questions: If you have a question about how the site works, how we collect data, or anything else, send it over. No topic is too basic.
What not to send
